A very special #ThrowbackThursday to the #Ryde by-election 10 years ago today! Celebrating becoming the new Member for Ryde with then Leader of the Opposition Barry O'Farrell, Deputy Leader Jillian Skinner and of course, my mum! 👏❤️ #tbt
The throwbacks man 😂😂 I've come such a long way over the years I've been playing guitar and grasping the whole musical concept. I've been through a LOT and music has always been there for me. When ever I'm down, my music and playing my guitar brings me back up. P.S. I know my haircut was stupid back then 😂😂🎶💓❤ #throwbackthursday#metal#musicislife#musicismydrug#life

Bly die #supercool mens wat jy is en hou aan inspireer!💙
It's been a while since I've posted anything bodybuilding related so here's a #throwback to my last leg session at Dung's Gym here in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam 🇻🇳
I've had a couple of messages praising me for training whilst I'm travelling, and equally I'm sure a lot of people are thinking I should be just enjoying myself 🤷🏻♂️ However the truth is; I love training and relish the opportunity to train in different environments surrounded by other cultures 🌍
So you can imagine my delight on my second day when I learned this gym was just 50 yards from where I'm staying 😀 Bodybuilding is definitely a universal language and I've already met some great people in this gym alone 🙌❤
Exercises in the clips 🏋🏻♂️
Stiff Legged Deadlifts
High Stance Leg Press
Narrow Stance Leg Press
Lastly, sporting the @revivestronger vest, literally felt like a lifesaver in this heat, the fit and lightweight material has been a real blessing 🙏🏻
Throwback Thursday!! This was 5 years ago and this was when The Healthy Mummy Business was a fraction of its size. We had a super small warehouse and every day we packed and took all the orders to the post office ourself and my then 3 year old came on every single post run! It was exhausting!! I would be working upstairs in the house looking after orders and the customers and my hubby and my 3 year old were packing orders and delivering to the postie!! Then one day after 10 trips in one day to the postie we said “omg- this has to stop” - we moved to a much much bigger warehouse and a fully serviced delivery service so customers got tracking details straight away and so my 3 year old could stop going on the postal runs! I feel so lucky to have been in the journey I have been on and when I go to the warehouse now there are 100,000’s of products and the speed of getting them out to customers is incredible- but I love the memories of how I used to do it - even though it was hard. Thank you to everyone for always supporting me and the business and for helping us get where we are today xx #smallbusiness#mumsinbusiness#thehealthymummy#healthymummy#mums#busymums#throwbackthursday#omg#hardyards#comealongway
Tyler floated a few feet above the ground, his arms now outstretched from his sides, palms facing up. He moved his left arm in a dramatic sweeping motion and the wind howled threateningly under his silent commands. The trees in front of him swayed violently, their tops nearly touching the ground as they contorted beneath the powerful force driven from the palms of Tyler’s hands. Large branches snapped from their trunks and were thrown through the air with hurricane strength winds. He moved his arms again, his hands pressed against his chest. He took a deep breath and pushed his hands outward in front of him. The trees bent straight back in the gust of wind he conjured. I heard a few snap and crash to the ground under the tremendous pressure and force. Tyler laughed, satisfied, and touched back onto the grassy earth.
