Walking in a winter wonderland 🎶 .
I am loving the snow on the ground this morning! I am definitely the type of person who gets giddy about snowfalls only up until Christmas. After that I would be happy to see it go! .
Who’s happy about having snow today? Who are the ones who can live without it?
just uploaded one of my favorite videos i’ve ever created — check the link in my bio for my paris travel vlog! ✨ i’m having so much fun making videos this week, let me know if there are any specific videos you’d like to see from me 📹
We finally made it!
After countless hours on the road my friend Max and I finally made it all the way from Austria to the Albanian Alps. This trip was not focused on getting tons of good pictures, many days I barely picked up my camera and just enjoyed the moment and the privilege to be able to travel. This was basically my only place where I had intentions of getting some decent photos. Why the harsh light then you may be asking? Well things did not turn out as planned... We basically only had time to do one long hike in the Prokletije National Park and wanted to cross the boarder from Montenegro to Albania by foot. Our plans to hike up in the afternoon and camp in the mountains had to be cancelled due to heavy rain and a storm so we decided to start during the night to get up there early for sunrise. I tried some local dish the evening before the hike but during the night I vomited a few times so it probably was made of expired ingredients. I still did the hike (while vomiting in between) as it was my only chance to do it and driving all the way down here without seeing the highlight of the trip was not an option either. Definitely one of my hardest hikes I ever did, I felt super weak and was glad no climbing was involved. We arrived late for sunrise on the highest peak of the hike and it was completely foggy. It cleared after some hours of waiting revealing beautiful mountains but the light was not soft anymore. I did not care much as I reached my goal and that was what counted for me. #roambalkans#cantstopwontstop#hiketheworld#albanianalps#prokletije
2019 will bring more physical versions of my work. The coffee table book I made from my Japan travels was so much fun to put together. I’m getting way more pumped on books & albums rather than posts and scrolls to look back on. If you’d be interested in some Coffee table books/small magazines/prints let me know 👇🏻
I love exploring cities, but here is where I feel happier. It's curious how sometimes you are stuck in an idea for one project for months and then suddenly you bring all the pieces together in one day. Does this happen to you too?

Today the lovely Elle from @feathering_the_empty_nest shared our advent candle on stories and I suddenly realised it’s now officially mid November and so it must be ok to put snow filters on!🎄 The count down to Advent is on!
This is one of our special cats here at the Hitching Post Resort! Interesting fact.... she was one of around 140 cats living on a property in our neighborhood two years ago.
When a real estate agent put the place up for sale the cats had to go!! She was a bit of a scared one initially but now is my outside shadow! .
