Vegan Peanut Butter Brownies! Here is my latest dive into vegan recipes. This dish was paired with Otter Creek Brewing Co.'s Dream Cream Ale with Orange Peel and Vanilla.
2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
2 cups white sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 powdered peanut butter
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
1 cup coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Bake at 350 for about 25-28 minutes.

✨Al final puse entre cada pancake el yogurt que sobró, utilicé yogurt griego de yoplait sin azúcar. Además, de topping agregué mapple syrup sugar free y canela.
Quedó tipo pastel de zanahoria, súper ricoooo 🤤

I am always looking for quick & healthy breakfast items to make at work & this oatmeal is one of my favorites! It’s simple to make & all you need is a microwave. It also pairs excellently with my morning ☕️ coffee.
What’s in my bowl 🥣👇🏼
1/2 cup quick oats
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp light brown sugar
1/2 tbs maple syrup
Combine all ingredients together in a microwave safe dish. Microwave for 1 1/2 mins - 2 mins.
Top with almonds, strawberries & blueberries!
