@baramdaofficial has come up with an amazing Asian Food menu. Their major goal is to invite food bloggers for food tasting and so our responsibility is to deliver honest reviews.
What's in the menu?
Okay so I could select one main dish and an ad-on. 🍲🍲
My main dish was?
Sticky beef with toasted sesame and green chillies. 🥗🥘
Add-on : hot and sour soup.🍵🍲
How did I find them?
Their hot and sour soup was really delicious. It had perfect seasoning, balanced quantity of veggies and chicken. The taste was SPOT ON. One of the very few tempting hot and sour soups I've had so far.
The sticky beef was the hero of the dish. It was a mixture of spice and sweet. Love love love it. What makes it different from other elements is the covered sweetness and the delicious sesame. The mixture of the sweet with the chillies is a smart turn. The sweetness would never empower the richness of the dish. ....
Guys you absolutely need to give this place a try! The Asian cuisine is realllyyy amazing....

For a publication with only ten members to release an 80-page magazine is way beyond talent. Imagine how five writers, two layout artists, one photojournalist, and two cartoonists were able to successfully produce the second 80-page magazine in the Lakandiwa history. Yes, talent was there, but there’s more to that.
When the semester started, I, together with the rest of the members, was hesitant to publish an 80-page release because of different factors.
During the making of the release, there was the presswork which lasted for three months. There were the ‘di-na-ta-friends-ha-kay-presswork’ and the arguments. There were the stressful days, late-night edits, mood swings, and the writer’s block.
Despite all that and despite having only ten members to fulfill the job, we pushed through it simply because I know I have the best group (we champed the first-ever CVPC). Being ranked 4th as the top performing publication in the country and being the only publication in Visayas and Mindanao to grab a spot in the national level confab in the said category, we had no other choice but to reach the bar we’d set. There was no way we are going to backtrack.
It doesn’t matter how talented you are. If you’re part of Lakan, you should be a package.
Special thanks to Edrian, Farrah, Pinky, Jerome, Bani, Archien, Jaisha, Icay, and Ralph. Also to the Lakan alumni who are continuously supporting us every step of the way—Mommy Jay, Ate Kriza, Ate Jest, and the rest.
Lastly, to God who hears my prayers anytime of the day—none of this would’ve been made possible had it not been for His grace.
TODAY is the fourth day of magazine distribution. Don’t miss the chance to grab a copy of the DIGITAL ISSUE.
