Cartagena you were unlike any city I have ever been to. Though my bad spanish made it hard to communicate sometimes I felt right at home immediately. Taking photos here was amazing with such beautiful colors, architecture, and landscapes.
Dear Players and Family, For tomorrow & Sunday: I would like to invite you to join us at Meadowbrook Swim and Tennis Club at Monterey Bay which is located in the Montery Area 🌊🌞. The club has 8 lit newly resurfaced tennis courts, 3 pickle ball courts, a gym, a heated pool, hot tub and WIFI for those who would like to do some work or homework.🎾 The AQI is 68 there today and much healthier than here. 🚌 🚍 A bus will be leaving WInterlodge at 9AM and will return at 7PM on Saturday and Sunday. All the players and families are invited to join us on the bus. Please book your seat at your earliest convenience. 👍 All Invitational clinics will be held at Meadowbrook at 1PM and all privates will be offered to be relocated. If the air gets better in Palo Alto, there will be one coach on duty while the rest of the coaches will be at Meadowbrook. This will be a great opportunity for all Kim Grant Tennis clients to enjoy the healthier air and get some exercise. We encourage everybody to take advantage of our club. When you arrive, please let the front desk know you are from Kim Grant Tennis Academy. Text: 650-690-0678
If you would like to take your own car, the address is:

See you on the courts,
Director Kim Grant 👍🎾
Daily family walk ❤️ Fall is such a beautiful time of the year 🍂
I appreciate so much that my hubby helps make it a priority for the three of us to get out daily and walk.
Walking is SO beneficial; and yet I feel it is highly under-rated by so many.
From the Mayo Clinic:
Physical activity doesn't need to be complicated. Something as simple as a daily brisk walk can help you live a healthier life.
For example, regular brisk walking can help you:
•Maintain a healthy weight
•Prevent or manage various conditions, including heart disease, high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes
•Strengthen your bones and muscles
•Improve your mood
•Improve your balance and coordination
And of course, the faster, farther and more frequently you walk, the greater the benefits... BUT I bet by adding any length of walk to your daily routine would add a noticeable difference to your overall life ❤️
