Every day we face a lot of pressures.
Pressure to succeed.
Pressure to follow social patters.
Pressure to have a perfect body.
Pressure to be “well seen” by the others eyes.
Pressure to be as others dreamed us to be.
Please, stop for a while and question yourself:
What are you actually doing with your life?
Everyday we face this and we’re so obsessed to accomplish all the stuff that we completely forgot for what do we really came for:
Are you actually living while doing all this?
Most important of all, are you feeling yourself?
If not, stop thinking about success and think first on what makes you feel really happy.
Stop thinking about social patterns and create your own road made of courage.
Stop thinking about what others think about your body, because you’re beautiful and unique as you are. You should love yourself for that!
Stop thinking about being “well seen” because it’ll always exist someone that doesn’t like you, someone that will create problems in what you do, no matter how hard you try to be good. For some of them you won’t be enough. Never. Forget them too.
Forget what they dreamed for you and bloom your dreams and beliefs. Put them in progress. Because in the end of the day they are what makes your life be worth living.

It’s been a very sad, tough and intense last few days. Many friends and their families severely affecting to the point they’ve lost everything. Having lived there for a while, I feel very much attached to Panama City. A lot happened in my life there. And those near and dear to me were there during the worst time of my life. I went to visit a couple of days ago and picture will never ever do it justice. My heart breaks for every person I came in contact with. I was happy to be able to hug those that I did.

🌿”Mijilypa”- tree blood medicine.
I collected this resin or “kino” yesterday from an incredibly wise and majestic gum tree to make Mijilypa. It will be boiled until dissolved with the dew collected from plantain and clover leaves from this morning. It is a powerful disinfectant for the physical body.
🌳spiritually it has a strength that leaves me in awe of its offering as the ultimate grounding energy. When used is a specific way it assists men to soften into the realms of nature and women a means to observe their need for balance between the Etheric and the physical. I tend to drift away in my own imaginings when in nature which is magickal but can be a form of escapism. Rubbing this into the third eye or specific body points will allow introspection in a more grounded frequency next time I head to the forest to immerse in its wonderment. X

It’s actually really similar to a recipe I make but this has sweet chili sauce and makes the shrimp crispier using cornstarch. Super easy to make! I did @popsugarfitness ‘s 30 minute cardio kickboxing this workout and really liked it. I love anything that involves adding weights to cardio 💪🏼. Last year I attended the first event @sheworkshisway NARROW event in beautiful Asheville, North Carolina. I had no idea what to expect. I just knew I loved @michellelmyers @myerscrosstraining and @jamesmyers47 and trusted their vision. .
They are prayer warriors for us and with us. We’ve known them before kids and before businesses. They are the kind of friends you pray to have in your life and ones not afraid to tell you the truth, hold you accountable and stand in the gap for you. .

La Paschimottanasana es una asana de Yoga que consiste en realizar una flexión hacia delante con las piernas estiradas y juntas. En eso se parece a la Uttanasana, que en español solemos llamar Postura de la Pinza. Lo que las diferencia es el centro de gravedad, es decir, en la Paschimottanasana estamos sentados, mientras que en la Uttanasana estamos de pie.
Como se parecen tanto, a la Paschimottanasana se le llama «Postura de la Pinza Sentada». Hay otras posturas de Yoga que son flexiones hacia delante, entre otras la Janu Sirsasana, cuya diferencia es que tenemos una pierna doblada y el pie toca el muslo de la otra pierna; y la Upavistha Konasana, con las piernas muy abiertas y separadas; o la Uttanasana, que se realiza de pie.
Paschimottanasana es una palabra en sánscrito formada a partir de otras: «paschima», «uttana» y «asana». «Paschima»: significa «oeste, parte de atrás del cuerpo». Al principio solo significaba oeste, pero en el contexto del Yoga su significado se amplió. Como los yoguis empezaban su día realizando las asanas hacia el este (por donde sale el Sol), la espalda estaba hacia el oeste y se asoció la parte del cuerpo con el punto cardinal.
«Uttana»: con esta palabra nos referimos a un estiramiento intenso.
«Asana»: significa «postura».
El resultado es que el significado literal de Paschimottanasana es Postura de Estiramiento Intenso de la Espalda.
